TarmacTerms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tarmac, operated by Pan Robotics Ltd.. By creating an account or using Tarmac, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service description
Tarmac is a software-as-a-service UAV ground station. We provide web application access, WebSocket telemetry relay, and cloud storage for drone operational data. Physical drone operation is entirely the customer's responsibility.
2. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials.
- You must not use Tarmac to operate drones in violation of applicable aviation regulations.
- You must not attempt to access other customers' data or circumvent access controls.
3. Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Tarmac to operate drones for surveillance, weapons delivery, or any activity that violates applicable law. We may suspend accounts found to be in violation.
5. Service availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure (Cloudflare, PlanetScale, Railway).
6. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all telemetry, logs, and files you upload. We do not sell or share your operational data with third parties. We may access data solely to operate and improve the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pan Robotics Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from drone operations or service use. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
